Patrick started his coaching career whilst at University studying his undergraduate degree in Sports Science.
Whilst looking to develop performance on the rugby pitch he started training at the local CrossFit gym, which quickly became his main athletic focus. This then evolved into coaching multiple CrossFit classes a day at the gym.
Since graduating, Patrick has refined his expertise and gained invaluable experience within the UK and internationally including coaching in Kuwait and Hong Kong.
Alongside CrossFit, Patrick specialises in strength training, bodybuilding and biomechanics. His knowledge is implemented into both individual and group settings, whether that be in-person or online.
Patrick wants to impact as many people as possible - helping them get strong, fit and jacked all at the same time.
