UNLIMITED access to Team Training Classes

SGPT

SGPT is the main model at Marchon. This is personal training delivered to groups of 1-4, with sessions lasting 55 minutes.

It’s fun, challenging and encourages a friendly competitive training environment for everyone involved.

TEAM TRAINING

These are our class-based workouts. The numbers range from 8 – 20 people and sessions are all 45 minutes long.

Session will typically be built around conditioning equipment (Assault Bikes, Ski Ergs & Bike Ergs) and simple body weight movement patterns done under fatigue.

These are fun and fast paced.
