Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online social media presence and community engagement across all social platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that grows our brand and community, whilst creating and executing our Affiliate & Creator Programs to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
01

Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing objectives.

Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (organic and paid) across platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Youtube.

Plan and manage the social content calendar in collaboration with internal creative and marketing teams for MARCHON’s main, Training & Gyms pages.

04

Manage the Creator and Affiliate Programs, recruiting new affiliates, managing relationships, providing assets, brief content, and track performance to drive revenue growth.

Create UGC-style content, if needed, for Tiktok and Instagram.

06

Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry news to keep the brand relevant and innovative.

Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, mentions, and user-generated content in a timely and brand-appropriate tone.

Track and report on key metrics including reach, engagement, growth, and ROI. Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing optimizatio

Create UGC-style content when needed for any of MARCHON’s pages.

Experience & Skills
01

Proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency.

02

Proven ability to grow and engage a social following organically.

Strong knowledge of key social platforms, algorithms, best practices, and scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).

04

Proficient in social media scheduling & analytics.

05

Confidence in creating and editing UGC content.

06

Strong understanding of the fitness industry.

07

Data-savvy with experience analysing metrics and using insights to guide content strategy.

08

Strong understanding of brand tone, audience targeting, and trend-based marketing.
