DELIVERY INFORMATION
United Kingdom - Shipping
We aim to dispatch your orders the same working day if the order is placed before 1pm. Any orders after this will be dispatched the following working day.
Our shipping options are :
- Standard 2-4 working days £3.95
- Express 1 - 2 working days £5.95.
All orders over £50 qualify for FREE standard shipping, note a paid upgrade to express is still possible.
For orders to UK Offshore (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles) please allow a further 5-7 working days for delivery.
*working days exclude weekends and United Kingdom public holidays.
Delivery Tracking
All orders will be dispatched using DPD, DHL or Royal Mail with each order having their own unique tracking identification number. This will be present on your order dispatch confirmation email which will allow you the customer to locate their delivery at any stage.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Similarly to domestic shipping We aim to dispatch your orders the same working day if the order is placed before 1pm GMT. Any orders after this will be dispatched the following working day.

Standard 2 - 11 Working Days From €10

Australia - Shipping
Standard 3 - 17 Working Days AUD$30
*free over AUD$150
USA - Shipping
Standard 2 - 11 Working Days From USD$20
*free over USD$150.

Please note it is possible to delay your subscription delivery date as well as change an item as opposed to cancelling.
CANCELLATION
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right that if we cannot fulfil your order, to cancel the order or, as the case may be, only deliver parts of the order. In such case, you will of course be informed and receive a refund for the cancelled order or undelivered products.
