When to Use
  • 2 scoops (25g) Pre Training

Mix 2 scoops (25 g) with 300–400 ml of cold water. Drink 20–30 minutes before training.
You can use daily to help with training but it should be prioritised for strength, full body and hypertrophy training. *Late afternoon or evening use should be limited due to the caffeine content.
